About the company

As part of strengthening our technical team, we are looking for an Odoo Support Specialist responsible for assisting our clients in their day-to-day use of the Odoo ERP solution. You will be involved in needs analysis, incident resolution, user training, and the continuous improvement of processes.


Main responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level functional support on Odoo (all modules combined).
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve incidents or support requests.
  • Assist users in getting started with modules (Sales, Purchases, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
  • Write and maintain functional documentation: procedures, guides, and FAQs.
  • Report bugs and suggest functional improvements.
  • Participate in user training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team on customization and testing of new features.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5 equivalent) in IT, management, accounting, or a related field.
  • Functional knowledge of Odoo modules (experience with Odoo 14–17 is an advantage).
  • Ability to analyze, understand, and model business requirements.
  • Strong ease with IT tools and ERP environments.
  • Good communication and training skills.
  • Strong sense of service, autonomy, and rigor.
  • Proficiency in Excel and information systems is a plus.

Additional skills (optional)

  • Experience in user support or ERP deployment.
  • Basic technical knowledge: XML, Odoo Studio, Python, server configuration.
  • Experience in a consulting firm or a digital services company.
