Collection of Personal Data

Nematek Solutions collects different categories of personal data in the course of its activities. These data may be collected directly when you fill out a form, request a quote, enroll in a training program, submit an application, or communicate with our team. They may also be collected automatically and in aggregate as you browse this site, for audience measurement: the page viewed, the page you arrived from, country, device type and browser. This measurement sets no cookie, does not follow a visitor from page to page, and cannot identify you. Furthermore, in the context of our technical services, we may collect documents or professional information necessary for consulting, cloud, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, Odoo deployment, or IT maintenance projects. When you participate in one of our training programs, we may collect data related to your learning path, progress, assessments, and results. When an application is submitted, we collect professional documents such as CV, cover letter, portfolio, and results of technical evaluations.

Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

The nemateksolutions.com site (excluding its Odoo subdomains) sets no cookies: not for its operation, not for audience measurement, and not for advertising. No audience measurement is active today; if it ever is, it will be performed by Plausible Analytics, which produces aggregate statistics with no cookie and no identifier capable of recognising a visitor. Your own browser keeps the following on your device, and only the ambassador code and the arrival page, with the referring site, ever reach us, when you send a form (the code is also added to the WhatsApp messages you write to us from the site; on arrival through a referral link, and in the ambassador page’s share tool, the code alone is sent to the site to check that it belongs to an active ambassador, and is not kept): the draft of your quote request, erased 7 days after your last change or as soon as you click “Clear draft”; the page you arrived on and the site that sent you there, with its campaign tags, kept for the life of the tab; the ambassador code from a referral link, kept for 90 days, and forgotten if you send a form after emptying the “Ambassador code” field; the pages you have already viewed, 30 at most, for offline reading; the language you chose (French or English), if you switched or answered the language suggestion, kept until you clear this site’s data; and, if a page fails to load, the time of the reload attempts, for the life of the tab. Clearing this site's data in your browser erases all of it. Refusing cookies in your browser therefore changes nothing about how this site works.

What this website collects, and where it goes

This website has five forms, and collects nothing else about you. The quote request collects your name, your business name, your contact details (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail), your city and country and, if you are abroad, your business's city in Cameroon and your preferred time for a call, the channel and language in which you prefer to be contacted, whatever you choose to describe (industry, size, product or service and the level considered, number of users, timeframe, need, comments), an ambassador code if someone recommended Nematek to you, an eight-character tracking reference, and the page you opened the form from, the page you arrived on, the site that sent you there and that link's campaign tags (utm, gclid, fbclid). The support request collects your name, your business, your contact details, the product concerned, the urgency, the subject, your message, the language you want the reply in, an ambassador code where there is one, an eight-character tracking reference and the page it was sent from. A waiting-list signup collects the product awaited, your name, your business, an e-mail or a phone number, your language, an ambassador code where there is one and, if you wish, your need. The ambassador application collects your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your city and whatever you choose to add (e-mail, availability, products to represent, channels, plan, experience, results, language), plus the arrival page, the referring site and the campaign tags. The newsletter subscription collects your e-mail address, along with the date, the page you subscribed from and the version of the consent wording you accepted. Phone numbers are stored in international format and, where it can be read from the number, with the matching country.

That information is delivered directly to the Nematek Solutions Odoo system, hosted on its own domain, where a quote request, a waiting-list signup or an application becomes a sales opportunity, a support request a ticket or an opportunity, and a newsletter subscription a mailing-list contact. The shop, online training, appointment booking and job offers are on services.nemateksolutions.com: what you enter there is governed by the terms shown on those pages. It is not resold, not passed to any advertising network, and not used to follow you anywhere else on the internet.

One provider is involved in running the site itself: Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers it, and which therefore processes the technical connection data needed to route requests. Plausible Analytics will be added if audience measurement, inactive today, is switched on; it is aggregate and cookie-free. You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data you have sent us by writing to info@nemateksolutions.com.

Sharing and Communication of Personal Data

Nematek Solutions does not sell your personal data to third parties. However, in the course of providing our services, it may be necessary to share some of your information with third-party service providers, including hosting companies, payment solution providers, analytics tools, training platforms, business partners, or technical providers involved in our projects.
