Can existing data be migrated?
Yes, if the quote includes it. We give you templates to fill in, we clean and import your data, then we check with you that the figures carried over are right.
Do we need a server on our premises?
Usually not. Most customers run on the Nematek server: there is no machine to host or maintain on your premises.
Can Mobile Money and WhatsApp be integrated?
Yes. Mobile Money payments can be reconciled with sales and invoices, and WhatsApp connected to customer follow-up. What is possible depends on the operator or provider chosen, whose fees are billed separately.
