From your application to your commission
Sharing your link is only the start: you follow each customer through to signature, and the commission is paid only once the solution is deployed and the customer has paid.

An interview
Selected applicants are invited to an interview. Amounts and conditions are set out there, then confirmed in writing before any commitment.
Free training
You are trained free of charge on the Nematek One product or products you choose to represent: what each solution does and who it is for.
Your code and link
After the interview and the signed written agreement, Nematek gives you a personal code, such as NMK-7K2Q, and a short link, recorded in your name. A code someone makes up is not recognised.
You follow each customer through
You present and follow up
You present the product, follow the prospect from first contact to signature, and report on how it is going in your online space. When they ask something specific, Nematek provides the technical support.
The customer signs a contract
The price is always the one in Nematek’s quote, never a price promised by the ambassador.
Nematek deploys the solution
Our team puts in place the solution set out in the contract.
The customer pays
Your commission depends on this payment: a shared link or an introduction on its own is not enough.
Nematek pays your commission
By Mobile Money, or by bank transfer if you have a bank account. Commission only: there is no base pay.

Nematek also offers IT services, training and equipment: its sales team handles them, and they earn no commission.
Do I have to pay to become an ambassador?

How am I paid?
On commission only, and only on Nematek One products: on the customers you followed through to a signed contract, once the solution is deployed and the customer has paid. There is no base pay. Amounts and conditions are set out at interview and confirmed in writing before any commitment.
When am I paid?
Once the customer has signed their contract, Nematek has deployed the solution and the customer has paid. Nematek then pays your commission by Mobile Money, or by bank transfer if you have a bank account. Amounts and conditions are set out at interview and confirmed in writing before any commitment.
Is sharing my link enough?
No. Your code and link only record that the customer came through you; on their own, they earn nothing. Your role is to present the Nematek One product, follow the customer through to a signed contract and report on it to Nematek.
How do customers get credited to me?
After the interview and the signed written agreement, Nematek gives each accepted ambassador a personal code (such as NMK-7K2Q) and a short link, recorded in their name. Share the link or give your code: that is how each customer you bring is recorded as yours. A code someone makes up is not recognised.
How do I follow my customers and report on them?
In your personal online space on Nematek’s portal. You see only your own prospects; you declare new ones there and report on each one by message.

No. You need to explain clearly what problem a solution solves. We train you free of charge on the Nematek One product you choose and provide technical support when a prospect asks something specific.
Can I do this alongside a job or studies?
Yes. The programme fits alongside study, a job or independent work. Give your real availability rather than overstating it.
What happens after I send it?
We review every application and invite selected applicants to an interview. If yours is not selected this time, it stays on file for future needs.
