What happens without it
One customer pays by MTN Mobile Money, another by Orange Money, a third in cash. Each channel has its own statement, and matching them to sales is done by hand, often in the evening.
When a payment is missing, finding which one and from whom means comparing two lists line by line.
What the product is meant to do
Collecting and reconciling payments in the same place as the sale, the order and the accounts, so that matching them stops being a task.
What we are building
Shops and service businesses collecting across several channels who spend time every week working out who paid what.

Mobile Money collection attached to the sale that produced it, rather than to a separate statement.

Automatic matching of operator statements against invoices, and a short list of what does not reconcile.
