Is a site survey needed?
Yes. A site survey, in Douala or the service area, confirms coverage, cabling, equipment and constraints before the quote.
Do you work outside Douala?
Yes. The office and the engineer are in Douala; the engineer travels to Yaoundé, Buea and other reachable cities to install and train. Follow-up is then remote, by call.
Can you take over an existing installation?
Yes: diagnostics, maintenance and improvement of existing installations are part of the service.
How long are recordings kept?
It is a design choice: the retention period determines the recorder and the storage. It is set with you during the survey.
